Elite Construction is a privately-owned construction firm established in 2014 by Conor Lynam and Declan Shiels. Originally from Ireland, both men have vast experience in the construction industry. Born and raised in Westmeath, Conor was a Project Executive for five years with a New York City based construction firm. Declan was born and raised in Cavan and worked as a General Foreman for fifteen years on high-end Manhattan residential projects before teaming with Conor to launch Elite.
