I had the privilege of collaborating with Conor and Declan from Elite Construction on the transformative project at Rosalyn Yalow Charter School. The undertaking involved converting dilapidated living quarters into a fully operational elementary school, complete with classrooms, a cafeteria, offices, and a fencing room.
The project had limited design drawings & an unforgiving schedule. Elite were excellent in budgeting, value engineering & execution of their work. There was no room for excuses on this job & Elite only ever brought solutions to the table.
