Declan co-founded Elite Construction in 2014. Declan is responsible for our day to day project operations and overseeing all of Elite’s self-employed tradesmen. Declan’s close supervision of Elite’s  projects allows for his “partnering” with the firm’s clients as they benefit from his daily involvement with their projects. His attention to detail and construction knowledge adds tremendous value to all aspects of the entire construction process. Prior to founding Elite, Declan worked as a General Foreman for a well-known carpentry company where he typically managed between 30-40 tradesmen per day
